Guess who just happens to have a can or two of pumpkin puree and espresso powder burning a hole in their pantry? That would be me, and I am making this recipe for Pumpkin Spice Latte Cupcakes this weekend :)

Soooo, did you make them?! I want to make them this weekend for a co-worker's baby shower (decaf of course). I think I might use Via instead of espresso powder. We both work for Starbucks and I remember reading a while back that you used to. I''m anxious to hear how they compare to Starbucks' Pumpkin Spice Latte! :)

Made them. Not a fan. They were just kinda blah. Maybe I'm just not a cupcake person. :/ I've yet to have an extraordinary cupcake. Suggestions? I may gave to throw in my cupcake towel and stick to cake, cookies, and pies. :)
